We filmed that whole tour and the one after that. The plan was originally to make a feature length movie out of it like “Don’t Look Back” or “Rude Boy”, but stuff just keeps coming up. To answer your question, the footage from that show is safe on a hard drive in North Carolina and will someday hopefully be released for posterity.
